What shift handle are you using with a TKO600 midshift?

I've got the TKO600 with a midshift installed. Just wondering what shift handle guys are using with the midshift setup. Thanks in advance. (Pictures would be great and if you've got something aftermarket that works well, please let me know where you picked it up)

We sell a 5" straight which most people get but some like the 5.0 style stick [the z shaped one]
