A Viable Option for 818?? (I hope!!)

Sorry if this gets doubly posted. It didn't show up for me after the first time.

Has any one else seen this? Does anyone think it could work for a high mileage 818 version? If it does become an option for the 818, I am very much interested.

Dave has discussed a "partnership with Ford" and the ecotech motor......not sure on the progress though.....Steven

Yep, Dave has talked about both the VW TDI engines and the Ford EcoBoost series before. IIRC, there is a high milage GTM running around with a VW motor.

Yes, david says he was really impressed by the ecoboost so I think it is very viable. It would be nice if the green version of the 818 could also bee 500kgs but I'm not holding my breath.
