I purchased the complete kit with IRS.
When I purchased the kit, I confirmed that everything I need for IRS would be included.
The manual refers to the IRS Center Section (see photo).
I can't find it anywhere in the boxes or in the packing list.
Am I missing something or is this something I am supposed to purchase separately?
Thanks,
H

Last time I checked FFR does not supply the center section nor the knuckles and hubs. Folks typically buy their own from a vendor. I got mine from Mike Forte.

When they say you get everything you need for the IRS, it's in reference to the suspension items that you would not be able to source from anyone but FFR. Lower "H" arms, Axle stubs,
IRS cage(already welded in place), upper camber arm, hardware, etc. You will need to source the Knuckles, and the Pumpkin for the IRS, as those are Ford specific parts. As Mario said, he
purchased his from Mike Forte, Breeze also has them, or you could search E-bay, or Craigslist for the used parts.

P.S. I see that they offer it now from FFR.....

That's what I ordered.
My packing list shows the IRS Completion Packages as:
IRS Differential Polyurethane Brushing Kit
Locknut, Flanged, M14x2
Bolt, M14x2.0x110MM
Locknut, Flanged M12x1.75
Bolt, M12x1.75x70MM
The brakes are packaged separately.
I just can't find
New aluminum 8.8" IRS housing
3.27 gear set
Ford Traction lock limited slip differential

Aha. I checked my original sales order and it is in there. It appears that it is a drop ship item that has not arrived yet.
Apparently, the drop ship items are not included in the packing list (at least, I can't find them).
I will call FFR tomorrow to find out what the ETA is.
