Question: The fuel line seems to long....do you have to cut it to size on the end that connects to the filter?

David,

My fuel line came in a coil that I had to straighten and then bend to shape. I cut it to size. Is your pre-bent?

I used two metal lines to run from the front to the back. I joined them in the middle with a brass connector without any kind of goop. In the front and back I ran flexible hose from adapters on the hard line to the fuel pump on the engine and the filter in the back. Im not sure that I used the factory supplied lines or the ones from NAPA.

i used both lines but had to cut the end that went in the engine bay...do i need to do anything to it or can i just attach my flex tubing to it?

You'll need to do something to the bare end to keep the hose from coming off. You can either put a bead on it or flare it and install an adapter that is already beaded. I used the pre-flared lines from NAPA and put an adapter on it. That way I didn't have to buy any special tools. The lines are cheap and come in many different lengths.
