Thursday, out with my wife and son on the 100' boat Paramount out of Brielle, NJ. We brought home 48 of these sea bass (limit is 25 per person). Had one hell of a fish fry on Friday night. This particular fish held first place in the 'biggest bass' pool until some guy beat me with about 20 minutes left. :( It was a 9 hour trip fishing over wrecks and rock outcroppings.
Best day of fishing I've ever had in my life. Besides the keepers, we probably threw back another 50. Plus we pulled in some sea robins, ling, and skates. The captain really knew how to read that fish radar scope...
