Jeff Miller came through again!! Here a very special little project that he was working on for us. But first some back story...
My handle "QSL" comes from a website i started about 10 years ago called quarterscalelegends.com . It is based on the history and restoration of 1/4 scale RC cars that were produced in the 80's-90's. Mainly built out of peoples garages or small companies, these cars were very unique as many had scale looking quick change rear ends, tube frame chassis and some even had running v8 engines.
The holy grail to most in the hobby is the Conley Cobra. These retailed for about 13k 10 years ago and have slightly increased in value. Not many were produced or sold due to the high cost. Over the years i traded and sold stuff and was able to acquire one!!! It was in rough shape, but that was OK.
My conley cobra has a working v8 with blower, hallibrand quick change rear, 4 wheel disc brakes, aluminum wheels and knock offs. It also sports a wood dash and leather interior
So here it is fresh from the bat cave... Scoopy and scoopy JR!!!
Thanks Jeff!!! Your the best!!!!!! Just proves no job is too big or too small LOL!!!!!!
