Can we streamliine the login process?

To the forum geeks -

I have to go to the Factory Five Forum top page.
Then I enter the first initial of my userid & tab
That enters my password, then I have to click on the Forum menu
And on the next page I select the Factory Five's Next Design
and finally get to where I can start.

On other forums, I remain logged in and go directly to the forum that I want.

Can you simplify this?

(not that I don't appreciate your other cars - but I want a few more mpg)

I'm logged in as soon as I go to this site. Maybe its a settings thing? I don't know.

Not his fault, really, this forum doesn't have a "Help"," Website Problems", anywhere to post his login problems. there is no where to move this post and he will only visit this section of the forums, so his question/concern is ok here (for now) until a moderator can do something with it.

First off, find the page you like to go to as your default. Bookmark that page as your forum link or web browser tab (on the other forum I have it set for the Roadster forum and skip the welcome page). Then, log in, but be sure you tick the box to "remember me" and then in the future all you have to do is click on your bookmark or browser tab and when the page loads you'll be exactly where you want to be and already logged in.

Mustang Man's solution works for me on Google Chrome. Sorry for seeming computer challenged. Much faster now.
