VSS signal w/ S-10 T-5 Mod + Speedhut Guages?

Just wondering if anyone knows if/how its possible to replicate the VSS signal for the stock EEC with an electrical speedo sender?

Can I just wire that signal in parallel into the VSS? Reading up on it, it appears to be some kind of motor that sends a specially formatted signal to the computer.

Ideas?

I talked to Jim at FFR a couple weeks ago about the VSS (but in regards to a Coyote engine). They would probably be able to help. I know the solution in that case was a change in the computer that comes with the crate motor. That's all I know about it though. Good Luck
