What's the relationship between the top of the dash and the top of the dash support tube at the center? I know the two do not have the same radius but I can't remember if the dash is above or below the tube.

Hey Joe,
For an initial fit I've had success by flushing the outer ends of the dash top with the top of the square tubes that run forward from the curved hoop on each side. This seems to put the dash just barely above the hoop at the center. From there you can fudge it up or down as needed after the body install.

I think the dash was about 1/8th inch higher in the center and the edges may have been slightly below the hoop. I left the dash material about 1/2 inch long on the top as well so that it would go all the way up and contour under the body.

I think the Breeze instructions say to leave the dash about 1/8" below the hoop at the center. Not sure why.

You can make the dash mount adjustable with no screw heads showing. This was made by cutting a small shelf bracket and then riveting it to the dash. You can counter-sink the rivet head by gently hammering a screw with a phillipshead screw driver to dent the dash a little so there is no bump when covered with vinyl. This also enables you to easily remove the dash for upgrades later. Worked well for me.
