Coil overs

Is there a difference in Gen I and Gen II shocks? If so what is it? I might be looking for Gen I shocks.

These are the Yellow Koni's with the Coil Over Kit that come in the original Gen I GTM kits.

Is there a difference in Gen I and Gen II shocks? If so what is it? I might be looking for Gen I shocks.

I know the older shocks (Yellow) can be run inverted where the newer ones (black) can't. Also the older shocks are adjustable in rebound. I had them dynoed as well and there are differences as well.
