I heard that the coyote headers are available if you call and order from ffr, but has anyone heard about a solution for those of us that want /need cats?

They have J-pipes with cats built in I think. Either that or you can modify the J-pipes to add a cat. Who would "want" cats?

Last week I asked FFR and they are not planning on developing Cats for the Coyote headers. I ordered a set of 5.0 stainless J-pipes and modified for the Coyote. Look and sound great. Took a little time - test fitting - modifying - for proper fitment though

Good luck

That sucks. I could have sworn one of the goals were to have setup that could be 100% emissions compliant. I might have made different plans if that were the case. Oh well.

Yup. I'm almost positive Dave Smith said that on one of the Powerblock episodes (correct me if I'm wrong). That was the entire reason I dropped $599 + Shipping on the FFR headers. Now, FFR says they have no plans to offer cats for the Coyote. Jesper said this:

We currently do not have any catalytic convertors for the Coyote that you can use....I did make the straight pipes with Cats in mind so that we can easily make cats available if we decide to offer them.

Their compete solution was supposed to be ready some time in February. Now it's August and they don't even have the J-pipes ready, and no plan to offer cats.

Sounds like something unexpected popped up that they hadn't counted on...
