Having shrugged out of my straight jacket long enough to ask a question I should probably know the answer to but don't..
For the Wilwood rear brake kit, FF part #15352, the brake pads (Wilwood part #150-9184K -- with the V-springs) are a mystery as far as mounting and securing them in the calipers (Wilwood part #120-10112). The Wilwood instructions say, "Slide the brake pads up into the caliper from the bottom with the friction material facing the rotor until the "V" spring clip smaps into place against the anvil." However, there is nothing in the caliper for the V springs to engage.
Please let me know what I am missing with this assembly step. If you have existing instructions I have been unable to find, please PM them to me.
Thanks for your help!
