I;m not sure what your looking for.......wether or not a motor has been bored and stroked, it is still physically the same size. So a 351 would use 351 headers and assc. bolts........Steven

3/8" X 1" long header bolt. I am partial to these. http://www.summitracing.com/parts/STG-8912A/

The Stage 8 locking bolts are great, but trying to get those locks in place will test your patience for sure.

I ordered the Total-Loc Header bolts 6-5599 from Totally Stainless for my 302 (confirm if they are different for your 351) and REALLY LIKE THEM! I really recommend them and so do many other Roadster guys.
Called them up, the guy was very helpful and informative. He packaged them as we spoke and shipped the same day.
Here's some other opinions, from my post last year:
Which header bolts would you recommend? (http://www.ffcars.com/forums/17-factory-five-roadsters/276626-header-bolts-would-you-recommend.html)
I put those stage 8's on my 427w from ford racing. Problem is the locks interfere with getting the sparkplugs out. They hit the socket. So you need to remove them to change plugs on some cylinders. I like the way the percy ones look, but summit did not have them when i needed them so went with stage 8.

I've used both Stage 8s and Percy's. Both work well and are equally effective however the Percy's are less tedious to install.
