I want to share a story with everyone that for me is an example of the way Factory Five does business. While at the painters last weekend I was given the sad news my trunk lid was twisted too much to use and would have to be replaced. Joey at Performance Auto contacted Andy at Factory Five with the problem and sent pictures. Andy agreed the lid was beyond repair and would have to be replaced. Since I’m chomping at the bit to get my car back ASAP Andy shipped a new truck lid to Performance Auto later that day. I spoke with Patty about the problem and after she spoke to Dave Smith my new trunk lid was covered by warranty including some rather expensive shipping. I’ve been building my kit for over three years now and am well aware it didn’t come with any warranty let alone one that would be in effect three years later. This is to thank Factory Five for doing the right thing and being a real standup company. You guys are great.
