View Full Version : passenger side mirror.
The FFR side mirror on passenger side, hello...........at best it matches the driver side in looks.............you can't see a thing period. Is there a replacement round mirror with the same thread size, so you can leave the arm alone and not have to change that also.:rolleyes:

I think your best bet if you want to keep the fender location is to find a motorcycle mirror and modify it to fit. There are several vendor solutions for windshield post style mirrors if you are up for relocating it...
Personally, I have 2 convex suction cup style mirrors I put in the upper corners on my windshield and they work great. CHEAP too, but no bling value. I got them at Pep Boys for < $10 each. I put a dab of silicon on the suction cup and will have to cut them off with a razor blade if I ever take them off.

You can get large convex mirrors at most any parts store that are the same size as the flat mirrors that comes with the kit. I removed the mirror glass from the housing (meaning I smashed it to get it out) and replaced both mirrors with convex ones and it increases my visibility tremendously, especially with the hard top. I can see all round on the sides of me now and they work great. I think I stole that idea from Rumbles a while back.

Hi; Got convex mirror today and it works like a charm. Just glued on the existing mirror, even looks good.
