View Full Version : FFR Parts order status or lack there of
Let me start by saying I like the updated FFR parts catalog. It is very nice, but my problem is with the order status page after you have made a purchase. It never progresses beyond Awaiting Shipment. This seems like the place where FFR should list a tracking number for your purchase or at least tell us that the package has made it out the door. We are paying for a fedex shipment which includes tracking after all.
Just something to think about.

I've received an email with the tracking number for every single part I've purchased from FFR and their on-line catalog. Don't recall going back and looking at the order status because it didn't matter. Knew when it shipped and the tracking number via the email message. Are you receiving the tracking emails? Or maybe something has changed. I haven't ordered anything for several months.
I've placed orders twice through the new online catalog in the last month and a half. Both times I received 2 emails. An order confirmation and a receipt. No tracking information. I'm still waiting on the second order. I'll have to call in the morning to check on the status.

Hi JD,
We're working to better integrate all of our systems and with the updated parts catalog, we're getting there. After we receive the order and get it out to shipping though (this is when you receive the Awaiting Shipment notice), it is sent out to shipping where you should receive a third e-mail with a FedEx tracking number. You should receive an e-mail from FedEx with the shipping information and I am looking into how they two systems can be better integrated.
Thank you for bringing this up and we will find a solution as quickly as we can.
Thanks Dave. I figured it was just a kink in the new system that needed to be worked out.
