Hey everyone,
I have a MK1 with a Fox-body pedal box connected to a new CNC dual master cylinders with the bias bar built in (3/4" front, 5/8" rear) http://www.cncbrakes.com/images/240.jpg I originally had a 3/4 for the rear but the pedal barely moved.
It has Wilwood 4 piston calipers on each wheel (12.2" rotors). I have adjusted the bias both directions (more towards the front and more to the rear) and I can't get any wheel to lock up. I've tried everything to front 90%/rear10% to 10%front/90%rear and everything in between.
I've bled every wheel about 6 times and I'm certain there's no air in the system. To bleed it I've used the pressure bleeding lid http://www.cncbrakes.com/images/1459A.jpg The hard lines have not been crushed and the flexible braided lines to the calipers are perfect as well.
I have no more ideas where to look or what to do.
Any suggestions?
Thanks,
CBD
