Sn ffr3211. Vehicle has been completed for approx 10yrs. At the time i could not find a power brake booster to fit the smaller bracing area of that sn car. So i installed gn brake system and it works good, knock on wood and i have spare parts just in case. I would like to go to a conventional power brake system and would like to know what will fit my chassis configuration. Since the body is installed i can't get in there to make any modifications to the structure (bracing). Size of the booster body is the concern. Are there small ones and what size would i need to meet my requirements. Any info would be great. Thanks tom

I am going through this also, but removed the body. (not a big deal... just time) A brake booster from a 1993 Mustang is what everything is based off of. The holes are already in the wall, but you'll need to drill the 2 3/8" center hole, on the 3.25 x 3.25" square hole pattern. Another thing, the brake pedal, if using the aluminum Wilwood pedal, you'll have breaking issues. See "Whitby's power brake kit"

Just finished upgrading an early mk3 brakes with a Hydraboost. Unit works great if your car already has power steering. Jim at Hydraboost said it would lock all four up and it will. Ain't cheap but all came ready to install and went in with only one small glitch.

You guys do notice you're answering a question that was asked almost 8 years ago? Vacuum boost and hydroboost are two options. But some of the details likely have changed.

I was answering the one from 1/23/2020.
BTW Were you looking for bezels and some of the old Mustang gauges? Just finished upgrading to Speed Hut and getting ready to take the take-offs to the dump.
