Somewhat related to the 818, though more closely related to the Cobra in mechanical design. The styling though reminds me of some of the 818 concepts.

not bad... quite a few of bmw hints on the side... and an odd alfa ode up front...

I just like how the humps come up to where the roll bar would be and conceals them.

Looks like it could be a Hot Wheel version of a Cobra....

I think that's the best take on a modern version of the AC Cobra that I've seen!
Bravo! :D
...Not so keen on the back end though. :(

You know, it kinda reminds me in some ways to the Xabier. the curve over the rear wheel, that looks like it was swiped directly. The large mouth opening, and just generally the nose if front of the front wheels, that looks inspired from Xabier. Even those humps to the rollbar look reminiscent.
The overall stance of the car, it looks like they took the Xabier, traced the outline, then filled in the details on the sides differently, and made some changes to the grill opening.

Looks like a Koi fish

I do not like the view from behind at all. Koi fish is just what the front looks like. To me it looks like it's trying too hard to look fast standing still.

The more I see, the less I like. I don't see this as a tribute to Shelby. They should have stuck closer to the real frontend design if that's what they were trying to do. I do like the oversized wheels. The lame attempt to connect with the "427" concept was plain stubid. That shows how well thought out this project was (not). After you see the sticker price, you, too, will change your mind. IMO, WEK.

I actually like it a lot. I am curious about which audience this was design was targeted. The people who own cobras, or people who don't. It is clear that those who already own cobras wouldn't like it. However, as a person who is not from the original Cobra's generation, and does not own one already, I can say I really like the fresh design and lines in the car.
