I drove my car from Ottawa to the Open House and in anticipation of doing so I ordered a passenger roll bar for pick up that day at FFR. Killing two birds with one stone so to speak. Get to commune aith hundreds of FFR owners and the great folks at FFR. I even got Dave to sign my dash.
Anyway when I got there I was told that the roll bar was back-ordered. No problem I said as we are going to Cape cod in August and I said I would pick it up then. However Monday of this week I was surprised to find a FedEx shipping notification in my e-mail. It was for the roll bar. Looked like I wasn't going to save the shipping after all but no big deal. The package arrived today and I find out that the shipping was no charge. It was nothing I asked for or expected. They just did it.
So to Rick and the rest of the crew at FFR a big Thank You and my sincere appreciation. You have once again exceeded my expectations.
