i'm building a Mk4 and this is my first one. the E-brake cables seem like they are to long, i have assembled the e-brake just like the manual says to but it don't work. I can remove the rod ends and put the cable clevises on where the rod ends go and it works but something tells me i'm just not seeing it right lol anyone have any info on it?

Thanks Rich

I never heard that before.I used a 93 system and it worked in a coupe. Did you run the cable under the 4" tubes in the rear to the ebrake mechanism?

i had the cables over the 4" tube. moved them under it and it works great..
