Ease of build vs 65 Coupe

I'm very likely to be building a Coupe soon (after I get the manual and assess it) as the folks on the Coupe thread have been very helpful in convincing me. However, I originally wanted to build the GTM but thought it might be a lot more difficult than the Coupe (Coupe has a "complete" kit, smaller vehicle, less expensive, etc). Any comments on this? I know that neither are "plug & play" builds but I'm a real novice at this and wouldn't want to bite off more than I can chew (or afford). Hoping to build something for less than $60k, fyi. I don't know much about the Coupe and haven't built either of these cars "to the book" so to speak, but it appears to me that the Coupe may certainly be cheaper and easier to build as opposed to the GTM. I will say that some of the same issues persist, from what I have read. Bodywork and fit and finish are a bit of a challange on both builds.
