I'll start out by saying no disrespect to the GTM! I Love the vehicle. As a classic Ford vehicle nut job I would like to ask why has FFR never manufactured a @+40 component vehicle?

I was trying to stay away from copy right issues. Its the other race winning Ford vehicle from the 60's. The one that came after the coupe...

As a *guess* I would say the GTM is not a direct GT40 copy because of all the legal issues FFR went through with the Roadster.

The way I understand it is that the GTM was the end product of a thought process that started around the GT40.
Admittedly I don't know the whole story, and this is hearsay. So don't take it as gospel...

I heard a similiar thing too.
I like that the GTM is not a 9+40. It means it is more original, modern and aerodynamic...
