Hi guys well I installed my rear end today and the suspension but it appears I have something missing on my brackets for the calipers. I purchased the rear end from FFR and the wildwood brakes. There is a braket that comes with the wildwood set that attaches to the calipers but that braket will not attach to the FFR rear end. It appears there is a braket missing. Any thoughts. ???? Ty for the input.

My Wilwood brakes came with brackets that fit my Ford 8.8 rear but the rear was not the Moser axle. Can you post pictures?

I don't know how to post the pictures. There is a braket with two threaded rods that attach to the caliper. That same braket has two holes. I assume to attach to the rear end. But the hole pattern is off not even close. I assume there is a part missing.

My Wilwood brakes came in a box from Wilwood. There were instructions in the box along with the adapter plate that bolts to the axle. I have the upgraded Wilwood brakes but the mounts should be the same. I will take some photos when I get home.

The adapter should be #1 in the attached instructions and is "C" shaped. All mounting bolts should come from Wilwood and they even include the torque specks for their bolts in the instructions. If I recall there were more than one bags of bolts. One with shims for attaching the caliper and another with adapter bolts.

The Moser rear end has a four hole flange welded about 1 inch from the end of the axle housing. The "C" shaped bracket from Wilwood bolts to this, then the caliper bracket (with the 2 threaded posts) bolts to the bottom 2 holes of the "C" shaped bracket. The offset on the caliper bracket should be positioned so the 2 studs are closer to the differential, not the hub.

Also I had to use a different # of shims, adding or subtracting, (not following the directions) to keep the caliper centered over the rotor.
