Way to go guys. I can see you have been busy tweaking and upgrading. I'm looking forward to watching you guys race in person this year.

Since the car will have all 4 wheels up , will that allow you to change all 4 tires at the same time or do the rules limit the number of tire changers over the wall.

I am guessing the tubes going to the wheels are to provide further cooling for the brakes no?
I was pretty thrilled to watch the footage from the 24 hour, so I'm looking forward to seeing all the video I hope you guys take this year. I'd come and cheer you on, but Vancouver is a long haul away, maybe in a few years when life is a bit more solid for me;)
I sort of guessed there would be upgrades. So what are all the plans (that you guys are willing to talk about)?

Quick, ignorant question since I'm yet to attempt a build, why are the brake lines coiled like in this picture?

It looks as thought the lines could run straight through?

That makes sense! Do production cars do this?

Fuse blow indicators, and brake coolers. Very cool! I was stealing that from the Z06 design as well (plumbed from the side air inlets).

Can't wait to see the finished prodcut.

I dropped by Richard's shop this weekend and threw a couple exhaust systems together with some scraps he had laying around the shop.

In the instance of a street vehicle, it usually is about strain relief as far as the coiled brake lines go. In the FFR PDG GTMs case it is indeed about cooling.

As far as I know, there is no limit to the number of guys over the wall.

Sorry for the delayed answer. I've been working on a couple other projects for the car pretty much non-stop. :)

I see you guys are planning on making some pretty serious down force at the front. That should allow you to balance all that down force you can make at the rear. I'm looking forward to see that working out on the track. When is the first shakedown run?

I believe the car should be ready for testing this month.
