What is that color called? Looks like Butterscotch, looks very nice on those curves.

Picture 3 shows that first gear works, too. :)

When I first read the title, I thought what is a Willy's coupe doing in here, Then I realized it was your name/handle.....lol

Looks great! :), now there is 2 in that burnt orange color, which works really well on the coupe.

Thanks for the additional pics, Willy. Looks like a very custom interior and well done. I just changed from Kirkey Road Race seats to the Kirkey Vintage seats and really like them and think you will, also. On the underhood photo, I see a plenum of some type ... is this a fresh air inlet from a hood scoop?

Nice job...I really like the non conventional use of the scoops to make them more usable.
How well do those vents under the dash work? I was considering doing something similar.

Yes that is my freash ait intake used the filter that came with the kit and fabed the box , the vent under the dash work well they are really heads from Home Depot for a shop wet vac alsos used the vac hose and a blower from a boat here is a pic 10274 als do not know how well they work but if you look at the rear of the interior you can see the round vent to let air out the back they go to the kidney area so air the air you have coming in the cab has a place to go out.

I like the gray carpet in the back. Coupes are notorious for heat build up, it makes a lot of sense to not use black carpet. Flow thru air is even better.

The theme works, too, I like the non competition look. Sure, original coupes were all track cars, it's a shame we never saw a street version. That's what Shelby sold the most.

It doesn't have to be all power and air - but they will likely get more miles, and that's the point, driving one.

Very nice Willy. The color really works and will set your car apart from the others.

Like tirod said I was not trying for the full-blowen race look, but still left some hints to keep the race car look like all the scoops and spoiler are waith rivits to keep a little race car edge to it. I think the ( do not be mad ) "go-fast stickers" need to stay on the track or a true replica.
