This is my 4th kit and I have always removed all the aluminum. Now, space is limited in the garage, so wondering if there would be an issue with leaving all the panels in place until needed ? I know some will need to be removed for the brake lines / gas tank. Thoughts ?

I'm in the middle of my first build, and have installed 3/4 of my cockpit aluminum (I'm about 1/3 of the way to completing the car, up to wiring and brake install but lacking my engine and rear end). I could have left most of the paneling in place, and removed pieces as needed. Would have been easier. Some panels the instructions said to install I think I should have waited on, while some I decided would be in the way and haven't installed yet. Since this is your fourth build, I'd guess that you agree. There are few panels that couldn't wait for installation (the front of the driver's footbox is one). Congratulations on your earlier builds. Wish I had started sooner.

As long as they are still removeable so that you can get to the parts you need to work on I don't see a reason you couldn't leave them where they are.
