At a car show yesterday and got the usual questions. Many of them are along the lines of, "would you recommend FFR?" Of course my answer is always yes and I'll launch into a sales pitch, not only about the car, but the support builders get via two great forums. I don't know if any of the dozens of potential builders I've talked to ever pulled the trigger, but it got me to thinking what a great sales force Factory Five has going for it.. and we're doing it for FREE!!!

OK, no more freebies. I want to get paid and paid big for my endorsements. Oh hell, forget it, I'll keep doing it for free, but just for the fun of it, I think FFR could gin up a bit of excitement, some fun and maybe even a few sales with a referral program. How about a t-shirt or some other cheesy prize (monetary value doesn't matter) for the referrer and the buyer on a referral? Logistics could be as simple as a business card with the referrer's and name on it. Buyer presents it and wins big. Make a contest out of it. FFR, you've got a great sales force out here. Use us for all we're worth.

BTW, the only other C*bra at the show was a Superformance and the spectator comments were unanimously in our favor.

Tom....I have a MKI and have been selling FFR for about 11 years. As you say, we are the sales team. However, we are also a member of one of largest car clubs ("FROGS") in the U.S. I know that Dave Smith appreciates all that his sales team does. I'd say he gives us back all we could hope for, well, maybe another "T" shirt. Wait, I have too many now, never mind.
