Ok. So Nissan-Renault released spy photos of the A110-50. I have included some pics here so you may get ideas for the engine compartment and styling. Notice the crane photo of the underside.

This car’s power-to-weight ratio is incredible: The entire car weighs a mere 1940 pounds; the weight distribution is 47.8 percent front and 52.2 percent rear. Power comes from a naturally aspirated 395-hp variation of the Mégane Trophy’s 3.5-liter V-6, which is based on the Nissan VQ engine. The car is fitted with a shift-paddle-operated six-speed sequential manual transmission.

Here is a video too: http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_detailpage&v=5zbw_JTbeEk

Doubt this is really competition. How much does it cost? Looks awesome though!

This is not a competitor to the 818.

A car deserving of the name Alpine.

This is my old favorite Alpine from the 1960's.

Looks cool, but I bet it's way out of the price range of the 818.

When the door opened, I expected to see a Power Ranger get out. No way is that anywhere near 15K. Track car only.

Frankly it looks like the contest winner that Jim Schenk chose, but I do like it.
