Why to buy from a trusted vendor !

Today "wastehauler stopped by for a retightening of header bolts, when he left he didnt get far when the TKO 600 some how got stuck in second gear, while the shifter was in neutral.
I called Mike Forte, (where we purchased the TKO 6 years ago) he remembered me by name and talked me through the fix. 10 min later "wastehauler " was back on road.
