Front bumper question

I am mounting the front hoop push bar to the overiders. All were purchased together from ffr. The overriders are installed with the correct rake angle. The distance between the inner surface of the overriders is about 3/8 to 1/2 inch greater than the width of the hoop.

Will the Overriders pull together to close this gap after holes are drilled into the overriders and everything is bolted together? I have the rubber grommets from finish line installed around the bolt sleeves where they pass thru the body holes.

Is this typical? Appreciate your suggestions.

Is that on both sides or overall?

Overall. Put the passenger side of the hoop against the overriders and measure the gap between the driver side inside overrider and driver side hoop mounting tab
