I'm interested in building a roadster and I am wondering if my garage is big enough for it.
It is 13' by 25' and 8' high inside.

Anyone with comments and experience in building a kit in a tight space?

Yes it is! I built my roadster in a smaller garage than yours. Worked fine. Roger

I stored most of the boxes away from the garage, you can go get them as needed.
I also bought wheels like you put on the tongue of a jetski trailer with the crank handle for height adjustment.
They clamp to the chassis they swivel they let you level up the project on any floor and they were less than $20 each
Harbor freight/Northern tool etc. run sales on them all the time. I found the ones with the pin and swivel to swing up
while towing had too much slop for the crazy wheels to work right until I removed the pin and bolted that solid.
Now it rolls where I want it very nicely.

I like the idea of the trailer jacks. The E.R.A. kits are shipped with Dolly wheels. Any comments FF folks?

Aside from that, any tips on what you guys do with the skin while you work on the skeleton? I'll have to build one of these wooden body buck. http://www.ffcars.com/FAQ/bodybuck02.html

Anyone building a roadster or a coupe in the Boston area? I'd love to come by and have a look at your setup. Wife is away this w-e. I wanted to go to Wareham but I can't make it this week.
