It's been a few years since I last built a roadster and I'm not sure what pitfalls await me with getting a Mark IV through the registry. I know there are new requirements for meeting emissions, etc., but what are they and who does the inspection? Is it done by the Trooper at the title inspection or at your local auto inspection? I'm building mine with a 92 302 engine, carbs, cam, no cats, etc. If it's inspected at the local garage, I'm probably OK. Any help or leads apreciated.
