It has been a lot of work in the last four month or so. Had a big push on to make the end of April dead line we had in MA. I now have a VIN and emission exempt. Now onto belly pans and skid system.

Wow Joe! Looks Awesome! Thanks for all the pictures.

Did you use the aftermarket shift rod or go with the standard that comes with the kit?

How do you like the Mendiola setup? I'm sure you are still braking it in... what is your impression so far?

Congratulations on getting her registered and running down the road!

Hi John,

Thanks for the kind words.

I used aftermarket shift rod. The one kimpo found it works great.

I havn't gone to far yet still working out a few bugs but it is shifting very smooth and happy I went with the Mendiola.

Looks Great!

One concern I see is the front shocks are upside down in one photo. They don't do any damping at all upside down! Very important to address before driving. Good Luck!

Also - You are pulling hot air off the exhaust manifolds, high in the engine bay without any vents. You might want to rethink.

STILL BEAUTIFUL CAR!
Congratulations again.

Thank Dave, I am very happy with my color choice. It should look even better once the final buffing is done.

GTMsomeday, I have the kit for doing the shocks just haven't got to it yet. I have to see how hot it get without a vent.

Agree on the filter location. You can drop intake air temps considerably by moving the filters into the fender well vent area. It will really help reducing chance of knock, and improve
engine performance.

Nice car, and interior. The gauge selection is beautiful.

Gene, Having a dead line date I had to meet wasn't a bad thing looking back now. It's amazing how much I still have to do but at least I can drive it and that feels great.
