Well the wife got tired of me moping around and told me to keep the car. I want to thank everyone that wrote nice things, cuz I made the wife read them all. lol. Joey from performance automotive customs has been great and let me down grade to the 302 which will be great and save me some money and some gas once its built. Going out to run fuel lines right now so got to jet!!! Great to still be in the FFR family.

Glad you got it worked out. You won't be sorry. Take your time, do it right, and add stuff when life and the budget allows. You were always going to be part of the "family" whether you kept the car or not.

Great to hear this! Only you could make the decision, but I was pulling for the "correct" one.

REALLY glad to hear it will work out for you. Get it built the cheapest way you can cause even a box stock 302 and T5 is fantastic fun to drive. You can upgrade stuff later and that gives you something to do over the next couple of decades.

I figured your luck would hold! Glad to hear about your decision to keep building. Keep in touch! My build is slow so I can empethize with you. The most important thing is you are still in the game. Good luck. WEK.

Glad to hear this from you "Luckywinner"!! You have a huge start on all of us and I was hopeing that you would stick with the build!! Don't rush it!! Enjoy the time it takes to do the work and while you are wating on the next step you can enjoy the "family time" that you can have!! Remember that Life is all about the journey not the "Destination"!!

David, I missed the earlier post, but glad to hear you are going to be keeping the car. Keep in mind its not how quickly you get it done that counts, its the journey. Mine took over 4 years to get done, life changes a lot in that time and there car took a back seat more then once. Just make sure you keep a seat close by and time to time when things get busy go out and sit in it and dream :-) It will get done!

Regret is what you want to avoid. Sometimes you really don't know until later if you did the right thing. If you make any decision and never regret it it was obviously correct.
