Finally found a suitable donor for kit number 5143. 1994 Mustang Cobra with just 67,000 miles. The only major thing wrong with it is the transmission. Syncros are gone in second gear. No matter, plan to swap it with a 3550 or similar. The car even came with brand new brakes. I should be able to get all my money back in parts that I am not going to use. Zero rust, fires right up and drives great.
Got it for only $3000.00
Really hate to pull this one apart, but in MA you pretty much need a donor now.

That is a good deal. I looked at a lot of them. If I could have found that one I would have gone with the donor.

I am looking for a donor. I certainly would have jumped on that one. Some of the prices here in FL are just stoooopid. I called about a $3700 '93. It had 187,000 miles. Yikes.

I think I can get this one cheap. Or do you think it is too nice to tear apart?9762

That should buff out, no problem.
