Just got a message from Jolene at Stewart Tranportaion saying that my kit should be picked up from FFR today with an anticipated delivery of early next week. That ain't too bad. My compeletion was 5/5 and pick-up should be 5/10 with a delivery of 5/15 or 5/16.
It's exciting times for sure

Congrats, I too am waiting for that special call. My kit will be done on 2 June. I have my garage staged and ready to go. I went to a car show this weekend and got some great advice:
1. Do not install sheet metal until absolutely last
2. Think of the amount of heat in the engine compartment and protect hoses, lines as much as possible
3. Use a socket to bend lines
4. Pay attention to the forum and build problems others experienced
5. Make your build personal

So what is your 30 day build progress expectations. I plan on having all of the running gear, fuel tank, fuel and brake lines installed.

I don't have any particular timeline planned...don't want to make it a job. I want to make it fun. I do have a build plan...it's a more modern interpretation of the originals:
17" FR500's
Dual roll bars
3-link (not that that is modern)
TKO-600 with the .6X 5th gear and midshift
Coyote 5.0
high back seats
modern gauges from speed hut
I may do something custom with exterior lighting
I may do some sort of splitter/diffuser setup (mostly for looks and will be removeable)
