Greetings everyone. My name is Charlie. I've been a car enthusiast for over 30 years. I recently went to a science fair in DC and was introduced to Factory Five GTM after spending several hours talking to high school kids from west Philly that had one they built on display. They were very proud of their accomplishment and they should be. I spent more time at their exhibit than anything else. I wish I had known about the GTM years ago...considering what I spent and invested in my current project. I'm looking forward to making the build of a GTM my next project.

I have an 87 Fiero GT I put a widebody kit on last year as well as other "go faster" upgrades. Last year alone I spent about $30k. I'm up to another $20k this year on "go even faster" mods on my 3800 SC, a 6 speed tranny (with LSD and cryo treatment), special adapter kit and custom axles. The beefed up engine destroyed my stock tranny. Last year we were at about 360whp, but ofcourse that wasn't enough for me. Looking back over what I've spent on my car since 2003 I could have easily built a GTM with a LS3 stroker engine or a LS7 :(
