Need a Win7 Guru

System is about 1 year old, no problems to date until Sunday. I tried to upgrade from Avast Free Antivirus to the paid version. I messed with my User account and ended up with a blue screen. I had to do a system restore to a point that was about 4 days old, and I had to get an uninstaller from Avast. Anyway, there were a few issues with passwords and a few other details, but the system has been working fine except for something that came up this afternoon. I have an application that I have not run since before the problem. When I tried to run it today, I got this message:

So when I check my user status, I see this:

So it looks like I have administrator status, but apparently the damn machine does not believe it.

Any suggestions?

Right click on the exe file and choose 'Run as Administrator"
