Question:

When restoring vehicles my understanding was emissions requirements typically insist the engine must be newer than the vin date of the chassis. As no 818 is going to qualify, how will these be registered?

FFR has made a business out of Roadsters using Mustang, and GTMs using Corvette parts. Do kits have different requirements then restorations? Does each state have radically different standards?
