Brian:
Got my IRS center section installed yesterday, and planned on mounting the upper and lower control arms, axles, and knuckles today. I manged to get everything in up to the point of mounting and bolting up the knuckles, and discovered no hardware. Not sure if never seen, or I just misplaced it, but need some regardless.

Energy Suspension bushing ID is .554, so would a 14 mm be proper, or would 1/2" be fine?
Length of 3.5" looks correct (or metric equivalent).

I assume Grade 8, or metric equivalent, with flat washers on each outside, held together with nylock nuts and lock tight.

Thanks for any help on ID of the proper HW

The correct bolt size is M14-2.0 x 100mm class 10.9. The ford part is a flange head bolt and flanged nut. I used standard hex bolts and nylock nuts that size with a flat washer on each end.

Picked up (6) M14-2.0 x 100mm class 10.9 bolts, Ny-lock nuts, and a bag of 14mm flat washers at Hillco today at lunch.
Thanks for the sizing JD.
