E-Ticket Ride

So I am riding back from a customer visit today with a colleague, and was thinking about the progress on my Mk IV, and next steps.
It occurred to me that I had taken the new front hubs out of the box, with the bearings installed, and mounted them on the front spindles, tightened the nut down, and installed the front rotors and calipers, WITHOUT CHECKING THE BEARINGS FOR GREASE!!!
Having never installed brand new hubs before that came with the bearings installed, it never occurred to me (at the time). So, do I need to tear it all apart, pack the bearings, and reassemble, or do they typically come with the bearings packed? The spindles are the FFR ones, and come with the hubs.
TIA
