John, my wife made the rollbar covers from the same vinyl that I used on the dash (Marine grade, picked up at Hancock Fabrics). She folded over the ends and ran a stitch with blue thread on them. She also stitched in Velcro along both edges.
Here's a pic of most of the pieces. The top side pieces are short to allow the scoop windows to open. The horizontal bar behind the seats is much more complicated, and we're still playing with the cover for it. I will also be either putting smaller padding on the A-pillars or eliminating it altogether.
