Hello again from North of the boarder,

I have a couple of questions: (Please confirm if this is correct – and correct me if not correct)

Power distribution solenoid - from FFR draft installation instructions
The Ron Francis Starter Solenoid connection
The 3 red wires connect to either of the large terminal on power distribution solenoid and blue wire connects to either of the smaller terminal on the power distribution solenoid
FRPP PDB – Red wire
Connects to the same post on the distribution solenoid as the above red wires
Battery – Positive – red wire
Positive wire from battery connects to the same terminal as the above red wires
Ground (black wire) to opposite terminal on the power distribution solenoid
Questions:
Does a new red wire (hot) run from the power distribution solenoid (same post as other red wires) to the starter solenoid (which terminal on starter solenoid?
Does a ground wire get connected to the opposite terminal on the starter solenoid?
Tan/green wire and black (negative) wire from FRPP harness – do both of these get connected to the negative on the starter solenoid?

Part 2
The Ron Francis Alternator connection
There are 2 sets of wires with individual connections
One has a direct connection to the alternator (red/brown)
The other has 2 larger red wires with no apparent connection location
Question
Assuming the first connection is correct, do the 2 larger red wired get connected to the post connection location on the alternator?
If not please assist.
Thx for the help

Hi I called Ford racing in regards to the alternator. My problem is I am using a 65 ignition switch and couldn't figure out how to install the brown wire to the alternator. The guy from Ford recommended that I leave the brown wire out of the system and hook the 3 red wires to the post.

In regards to that and Part 1, I am thinking I am going to go through and remove redundancies in my system. Right now there are a bunch, due to the design of the RF system and the overall simplicity???? of the Ford control pack.

You don't need that relay in your picture. The Ford wire that's marked "Starter Solenoid" goes to the starter solenoid. The thing in your hand is the "Remote Start relay" and it isn't necessary for the Coyote control pack. Just hook up the Coyote the way Ford tells you and run an independent feed (with a 60 amp maxi-fuse) to the RF system.
