FYI

There is a Virus/Worm out there that got me to look. Beware, especially when you guys may be waiting for back ordered parts.

See below for the email I got. Look at the misspelled couldn’t.

I have been waiting a long time for my roll bar and had to look.

This was a virus. I can't beleive I fell for it.

Sorry about your results. It seems to me that the virus software we have should be scanning for embedded URL's to see if they are potential viruses. I have received no less than five e-mails in the last 36 hours that I would call questionable, and one of them was from a company that I do business with, but hadn't recently. I could easily have used their URL, instead of one I had in my favorites to look into what they were saying. Sorry to vent, and hijack your thread... I am just tired of people f-ing with my computer! It gets seriously frustrating, and then time consuming, or wallet emptying when you fall for one of these jokers... I'm sorry. I have a great deal of empathy!!

Regards,

Steve

Well, these things range from a letter from "Mr Hamit" claiming to have 140 mil in a bank account for you, just send a wire transfer for $100 and your personal info to more sophisticated ones that really can suck you in. Thanks for the heads up. I'm getting to where I won't "touch" an email for transactional purposes unless I sent the original and this is a response to mine. I guess that could be dangerous, too.

I'm not usually like this but these guys need some Texas justice. The government of Texas used to charge the family of the condemned the price of the bullet to shoot them. There is also a saying, I think also from Texas, "killin's too good for 'em". If they will do this they will do just about anything: cheat, steal,.........whatever! But I guess the only way to really defend ourselves is to be very careful. Sorry you got tagged and thank you for the heads up. WEK.
