I believe I have a good understanding of what to do here but would like to confirm if what I plan is acceptable. I have read in multiple threads, including the one here:

https://thefactoryfiveforum.com/showthread.php?42722-Coyote-ambient-temp-sensor-wiring-question

that removal or tucking in of the AAT leg is OK. I am also planning to do the same with the IAT leg as well. Since no harness is safe in my build I would prefer to terminate these wires inside the split loom which would entail cutting off the pigtail connector and shrink wrapping the ends of the terminated wires. I am shortening both the MAF and Alternator legs so I can end up with a much cleaner harness if I tuck these wires inside the split loom. I can't imagine a scenario where they will be needed in the future so should be acceptable. Sound OK?

I actually answered this myself just a few minutes ago. While reviewing some other information I reread the section in the Control Pack instructions which spells out what to do with unused connectors. Looks like I was on the right path. I tried to figure out a way to delete the thread but I guess you can't even if you create it.
