Up for sale I have an unpainted but otherwise finished Mark 3 for sale. Kit was produced in 2005. Price is $25,000.00 unpainted. I can arrange to have the car painted at the buyers expense, but must be paid in full prior to it being painted. Below are the details of this build. This is my 33rd FFR build and was done with great care and detail. Donor was a 1994 Mustang Cobra, which gave up its engine, fuel tank, rear end, pedal box, front spindles and brakes. Everything else was replaced.

FRAME:
Fully sand blasted and powder coated black. No mods were done except a small cut for the power brakes and Mid shift option.

ALUMINUM:
All aluminum was drilled and siliconed in place. Fire wall has been doubled up with Dyna-mat in between the layers. inside surface is also insulated.

ENGINE:
1994 Mustang Cobra 302. 20,000 original miles. Front dress has been converted to 87-93 specs. Ford Motorsport SVO aluminum heads that have been ported and polished.
Anderson Racing cam. 24 pound injectors and matching Mass air meter. GT 40 tubular powder coated upper and lower manifold. 3 pulley serpentine setup with under drive pulleys. Powder coated stock oil pan and valve covers. Ford Motorsport steel balancer. Adjustable fuel pressure regulator with gauge. Explorer 90 degree oil filter mount. Equal length headers, cermaic coated. New eurathane mounts.

TRANSMISSION: Tremec 3550 with mid shift conversion. Powder coated bell housing. New clutch kit. Polished aluminum shift knob and after market shift boot. Please note: This is the only part in this build that I have no history on. I bought it second hand. Seems fine, shift and does everything its supposed to. FFR supplied drive shaft. Installed with new hardware.

INTERIOR: Complete interior had been sealed and insulated. Standard FFR supplied carpet was then installed. Dash is stock FFR with new FFR supplied elextric gauges. Custom console was installed that houses the light switch and S2000 starter button. Also a small cubby for glasses Etc. Russ Thompson turn signal with high beam switch on the stalk. FFR supplied high back seats installed with Breeze automotive mounts. Stock e-brake with aluminum handle. Under dash filler. Russ Thompson gas pedal. power socket in under dash filler.

SUSPENSION: Front FFR lower control arms. 1994 Mustang spindles sand blasted and powdercoated. FFR upper control arms powdercoated. Koni shocks front and rear.
Rear end is a donor 8.8 with disc brakes and aftermarket aluminum control arms. this is a 4 link setup. Rear had 3:73 gears and an Auburn diff. 31 spline 5 lug axles. Aftermarket aluminum cover with bearing supports.

BRAKES: Stock Cobra R brakes that were stripped and powdercoated red. Includes new seals and hardware. 13 inch front rotors that are drilled and slotted. Rear 11.5 drilled and slotted rotors. Rotors are from Bear Racing. Power brakes utilizing a new booster from a 93 Mustang GT. Stock pedal box powder coated and rebuilt. Braided steel lines on all 4 corners. Villager remote resivour. New e-brake cables.

TIRES AND WHEELS: FFR supplied Halibrand replica wheels 17 inch. Sumitumo tires. 315s in the rear and 275s in the front. Tires are second hand but in great shape.

EXHAUST: Ford Motorsport ceramic coated headers. Ceramic coated FFR supplied cats. FFR supplied stainless side pipes. Mounts have been powder coated black.

TRUNK: Breeze hidden trunk hinges have been installed. Replicaparts trunk lid support. Trunk is fully carpeted.

WIRING: Painless harness was used to wire the complete car. Wiring is cover in wire loom and was installed using loop clamps that were installed with stainless 10-32 button head screws. All weather-tite connectors for the lights and fan. Engine wiring was done with a Painless harness as well. very neatly installed. Maxi-fuse was installed to protect the electrical system and can be removed to prevent theft.

COOLING: Brand new standard roataion water pump. New FFR supplied radiator. Breeze supplied fan shroud with a tempature sensitive fan switch mounted in it. Breeze supplied upper and lower coolant hoses.

EXTERIOR: Stock widnshield with custom mounted peep mirror. Wind wings and visors. Finish Line side louvers. FFR supplied hood hinge. Nose aluminum from replicparts.com single driver side roll bar in black. Body was drilled for passenger side as well but I do not have it. Body is "as recieved from FFR" No body work has been done, however all panels have been fitted and operate normally. This is probably one of the nicest Mark 3 bodies I have seen. Very minimal seems with no mismatch.

FUEL SYSTEM: Stock 1994 Mustang tank. Stripped and painted with POR 15 black. New pump and fuel level sender. New gasket and powdercoated filler tube. All new lines and fittings as well as filter.

MISC: Car will be supplied with all parts to complete including all FFR supplied parts as well as all trim rings and plate brackets. Breeze front battery mount installed with new battery and cables. Really the only thing missing to finish the car is bumpers. Will be supplied with quick jacks.
