Like many here, I have read as many threads as I can, learning from all the great information posted. One thing that keeps nagging me though, is the subject of this post. I am planning on leaving the vacuum line off of my regulator based on information I have gathered but I am hoping maybe we can come to a definitive agreement as a group. I think this thread sums it up well:

https://thefactoryfiveforum.com/showthread.php?46159-Gen3-Coyote-owners-do-you-have-your-Fuel-Pressure-Regulator-vacuum-attached

But I also want to ensure I wasn't asleep in class the day someone covered this topic and I missed it. So, what's the consensus?

Can't add anything to what I posted in the thread you linked. My Coyote builds have the vent line removed and open to atmosphere per Lund Racing. Doing the same on my Mk5 Aluminator build. In case you have an Aeromotive regulator, close it of with an Aeromotive 15662 regulator breather. I didn't see the actual part number in the thread.

Thanks for the feedback Paul. I do have an Aeromotive regulator but was unaware of the breather, so nice tip there. I was primarily asking the above question because I see builds periodically that are using the vacuum line so it led me to ask. I suppose it may come down to dealers choice but appropriate to leave it off/open.
