Electric power steering - Blue wire?

There are 4 wires on the power steering harness. Red 12v hot, Black ground, White switched 12v and a random blue wire in it's own loom. The instructions make no mention of it. Before I assume it's not used and cut it back I wanted to check if I am missing anything.

I confirmed during my truck build from FF that the blue wire isn't used. I didn't cut it off but tied it out of the way. Just in case. But never used.
