electric p/s module and solenoid switch mounting

Has anyone ever mounted the electric p/s module and solenoid switch above the pedal box? I am thinking about doing this if it is not going to cause any problems. Thanks for anyones advice on this.

I don't see a problem with it as long as you run the access holes in the cowl. Otherwise it will be tough to reach up there once the body's installed.
